Claude has more than 15+ years of experience in Multimedia Design. During the span of his career, Claude has worked as Chief Editor, Graphic Designer and Comic Artist for local newspapers and magazines prior on joining Square18

Claude’s expertise in Multimedia Designs and Computer Animations is an integral part of the design team at Square18. where he supervises and provides creative ideas to other in-house artists. He is currently the Creative Director of Square18 and he has both directly and partly designed close to 900+ websites till date!

Many clients have commented about Claude’s ability to read and interpret their business needs and have been impressed with his talents in blending marketing messages with a visual that tell the story.

Claude has developed a personalised interview approach to know more about the client’s needs and this has become a standard of practice on any design assignment that Square18 would undertake.

In 2007, Claude won the Design Award for Chung Wah Association Centenary Celebration. Today, he is arguably one of the most experienced Web Designer in Perth!

What is Design?

"Design is the visual illustration of any story and message. It must fulfill the basic marketing principle. Nothing worse than a good story with poor visual illustration."

Can a good designer be trained?

"Yes and No. You can train a designer to follow the design principles but you can't teach someone to be artistically motivated... Design is an inspiration that form and re-mould over time."
