Christmas and New Year Wishes

With the approach of the Festive Season and the chiming of the Carillon City Christmas bells, it is with pleasure for all of us at Integra Legal to extend Season's Greetings and wish you a New Year abounding with peace, health, happiness and prosperity.

Be aware - You may be liable for personal injury occurring on someone else's land

With the Christmas and New Years rush upon us, beware that you or your business could be responsible for injuries or damage that occur on premises, whether or not you are the owner of the land or are leasing the land. If you occupy land or exercise control over land that is adjacent to, but outside the boundary of your property, you may be responsible for ensuring that those premises are kept safe.

Meet the Integra Team: Michael Cornes, Director

Michael Cornes is an experienced commercial advisor and litigator with experience in a wide array of commercial fields with a speciality in insurance. Michael has advised some of the largest listed ASX companies on insurance related matters in the mining, industrial, retail and engineering sectors.

Michael began his legal career at Stone James (now King & Wood Mallesons) and he was a founding director of Integra Legal. When Michael is away from the office he enjoys fine wine and cycling as well as a long standing passion for travel.
